How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx or USPS website to follow your on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
Why take so long to receive the order?
Generally, all items can be received within 15 working days. transportation time will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their business at these times. This is beyond our control.
can i or my own courier pick up my order from your warehouse?
we are unable to provide pick up as we are trying to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible by limiting its delivery mechanism. Delivery will complicate our logistics process and delay delivery time for all customers
